Stephen Parker (51) Chairman
Founder of Tempest Consultants Ltd. The driving force behind the 11 equity market surveys branded the ‘Reuters Surveys’. Managed the development and production of 43 surveys, derived software products and consulting projects. Grew Tempest to 120 employees. Five years' experience as an equity analyst at Wood Mackenzie and UBS

Malcolm Darvell (44) Chief Executive
Previously CFO at Tempest Consultants Ltd that he joined in 2000/ eight years' experience in client facing positions in investment banking: Citicorp Scrimgeour Vickers and Nomura International. Six years' experience of growing smaller companies as CFO and COO.

Dr Ross Bunce (58) Non-Executive Director
Previously Managing Director, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Over 30 years' experience of the equity business mainly on the buy-side. Member of the Asset Allocation Committee and the UK Strategy Group. Responsibility for broker relationships and fund manager training. Previous appointments include: Deputy Chairman, Mercury Asset Management; Vice Chairman, Mercury Asset Management Ltd.

Rod Sinclair (62) Non-Executive Director
Previously CEO Europe of Instinet International. Over 30 years' experience of the equity business on both the sell side and financial media. Sell-side appointments at L Messel & Co, De Zoete & Bevan and BZW. Founder, Chairman and CEO of Thamesway Investment Services Ltd. Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Enforcement Committee of The Securities & Futures Authority and Director of the SFA. Managing Director, Reuters Plc, Business Development.
